The Swell House, part of Sea Haven Cottages, is your dream getaway at the shore. Just steps to the Delaware Bay Beach, 15 Minutes to Cape May, Wildwood, Stone Harbor and countless area amenities. Brand new renovations and designed as a calming retreat. Enjoy coffee or drinks on the front deck or enjoy a meal in the dining room. Perfect for families. Inside you’ll find everything you need to enjoy your stay. Pet friendly for an additional fee. The space Primary Bedroom: One King size bed, ensuite with walk in shower and closet space. The front windows are tinted with privacy tint. There is enough room in the primary for a crib should you be travelling with an infant. Guest Bedroom 1: One Queen size bed & closet space. Adjacent to the hall bath with tub/shower combo. Guest Bedroom 2: Two twin size beds & closet space. Adjacent to the hall bath with tub/shower combo. Living Space: Open concept kitchen and living area with a separate dining room. The dining room table seats six with a drink bar and fridge. There is a full size washer and dryer for your use behind the bifold doors. The sliding doors lead to the outside patio and dining. The living room has sectional sofa and flat screen TV with streaming services (your login). Kitchen: Full service kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The kitchen is well stocked and we provide basic cooking spices, sugar, coffee, tea, cooking oil etc. Great for nights in and a home cooked meal. Exterior: The exterior of the home has a front porch with seating as well as a patio with picnic table and propane gas grill. The outside shower is found around back of the home. Parking: There is off street parking for 2 vehicles. Street parking is free. Beach & Amenities: The bay beach is directly across the street from our home. There are no life guards. Cape May and Wildwood Beaches are 10-15 minutes away depending on traffic. We do not provide beach tags to Cape May Beaches. We provide beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella and beach toys. Pets: We welcome up to 2 well trained/housebroken dogs at a maximum weight of 50 pounds each for an additional fee. An automatic charge of $350 minimum will be applied if there is need for excessive cleaning or repairs due to damage, feces, urine, or vomit caused by your pet. -A signed rental agreement and photo ID matching the booking party is required after booking. Upon booking you’ll receive a rental agreement that needs to be signed. After signing you'll receive your welcome guide with tons of great local recommendations on what to do, drink and eat during your stay! Guest access Home is accessed via smart lock Other things to note *Rental Policies – Know Before You Book* We believe in transparency to ensure your vacation experience aligns with our home’s expectations. Our rental is perfect for families and responsible groups looking for a relaxing getaway—but it is not suitable for large parties or events which violates local rental ordinances. Please review our policies carefully before booking to ensure our home is the right fit for your stay. - Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. - No Party Groups: We do not accept bookings for proms, high school groups, college groups, or spring break travelers. - Accurate Guest Representation: If your group misrepresents itself, your rental agreement will be voided, and you will forfeit all payments. - Registered Guests Only: The rental property is exclusively for guests listed in the agreement—**no outside visitors allowed. - Smoke-Free Home: This is a 100% smoke-free property indoors. Any evidence of smoking will result in the loss of your security deposit or $750 charge. -The Cape May area is full of nature. Our homes are treated monthly for all forms of pests. With that said we do NOT refund for mosquitos, ants or fruit flies which are common to our area in the summer months. Please be sure to keep doors closed and window screens in place.
